Job Description
We are looking to fill a position on our team for a responsible and professional Phone Operator-Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should be experienced within the hospitality industry but, most specific to call center operations. The candidate will focus on the customers' inquiries with excellent services, building customer satisfaction during night shifts.
Salary: 100,000 Naira monthly.
Job Mode: Night shifts
Gender: Female
Minimum Qualification: OND/HND & BSC Education
Age: 30 years and above
Experience: Proven prior background in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in customer service
Answers and addresses incoming calls in a professional manner.
Giving accurate information to clients, responding to their questions
Customer satisfaction at the highest level ever.
Document customer interactions and maintain records.
Making service delivery smooth by working collaboratively with other departments.
