Location: Lagos, Sango-Ifo, Ibadan, Aba
Job Summary: Our client is looking to recruit a sales manager for the sales team. This will be with regard to driving sales through the identification and exploitation of new opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector/market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans: Tailored towards target accounts.
- Client consultation: Provide high-level consultation to clients regarding their current and future needs.
- Sales strategies: Forecast sales trends; design innovative sales strategies and assess their efficiency.
- Relational skills: Build good effective and long-term relations with clients
- Account management: Be in a position to probe accounts and promote sales of drugs.
- Feedback/Reports: Provide feedback to the management with financial data reports
- Client Database: Increase and maintain the database of clients in the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Education: HND, BSc degree Business, Economics, or any related field
- Experience: Good sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with detailing and introduction of OTC drugs.
- Skills: Advanced sales techniques, Sales and Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills.
- Attributes: High Motivation, Target Drive, Tech Savvy, Effectively Deliver Tailored Presentations, Manage Relationships, Ability to Make decisions, Multitasking Efficiently.
- Salary: N120,000 - N180,000
